Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of DollarPost at https://www.dollarpost.lol (the “Service”), including the compose box, checkout, the public wall, and publication on the @DollarPostLOL X account. By using the Service or completing a payment you agree to these Terms, the Rules, and the Privacy Policy. If the Rules and these Terms conflict, these Terms control. If you do not agree, do not pay for a post.

Operator and contact

The Service is operated by Web Window OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (“we”, “us”, “our”). Legal, content, and privacy notices: a direct message to @DollarPostLOL on X.

What the Service is

DollarPost sells publication of a buyer-submitted message (text, optionally with a link or a picture) as a post on our own X account, at the price shown before checkout. Published posts are paid placements under our account’s name. They are not editorial content, not reviews, and not endorsements of anything they mention, and they do not represent our views.

A payment buys one publication of the submitted content. It does not buy impressions, engagement, followers, clicks, permanence, a reply, a pinned position, or any particular result. It also does not buy any outcome on X’s side: X may limit, hide, or remove content under its own rules, and that does not create a refund.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• If you buy a post for a company, you represent that you are authorized to act for it, and “you” includes that company.
• You may not use the Service where prohibited by the laws of Estonia, the European Union, or your own jurisdiction, including trade sanctions.

Payments and taxes

Checkout is processed by Stripe. We never collect or store card numbers; Stripe’s own terms and privacy notice apply to the payment itself. Prices are in US dollars, resolved automatically from the content of your post (from $1, as listed in the Rules) and shown before you pay. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

Text and link posts are charged immediately and publish automatically. Picture posts place an authorization hold on your card. The charge is captured only if the post is approved by a human reviewer. A rejected or expired review releases the hold in full and you pay nothing.

No refunds

All payments are final and no transaction is refunded. Publication is a digital service that is performed immediately and in full when the post goes live. By completing checkout you request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period once the post is published, to the extent the law allows that waiver. Where a mandatory consumer right cannot be waived, we honor it.

• A post the owner later removes, a post X removes, low engagement, or regret do not create a refund.
• A submission that breaks the Rules forfeits its payment in full, whether it is caught before or after publication. The fee covers screening and handling, not a guarantee of publication.
• If a charged post cannot be published for technical reasons on our side, it is retried until it publishes.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes without a legally required basis are a breach of these Terms. We may remove the related post and refuse all future use of the Service.

Your content and warranties

You keep ownership of what you submit. By submitting it you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish, display, and store the content on X and on this site, for as long as the post exists. By submitting a post you represent and warrant that:

• You have all rights to the text, links, and pictures you submit, including the right to have them published on X.
• The content and any linked destination comply with applicable law, including advertising, consumer, privacy, and intellectual-property rules, and with X’s policies.
• You are not impersonating any person, brand, or company, and any linked site is not malware, phishing, or a scam.
• If the content promotes a business, you are authorized to promote it.

Our rights

We may reject any submission and remove or delete any post, before or after publication, at any time, with or without notice, and without giving a reason. This includes cases where we believe these Terms, the Rules, the law, or X’s policies may have been broken, where a rights holder complains, or where we think the post creates legal, security, or reputational risk. We may also change prices, features, or the Service itself, or pause or discontinue it. None of this creates a refund except as stated in these Terms.

Third parties

The Service publishes to X, which we do not control and which is not affiliated with us. Availability of the Service depends on X, Stripe, and our infrastructure providers. A published post is subject to X’s terms and moderation like any other post on that platform.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent the law allows. To the same extent, our total liability arising out of or related to a post is limited to the amount you paid for that post, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence.

You will indemnify us against third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your content or your breach of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of Estonia. Disputes are resolved by the courts of Estonia. If you are a consumer in the European Union, the mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.

Changes

We may update these Terms when the Service or the law changes. The date at the top is the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
